Dentures and Partials Our Family Caring for Yours

Dentures & Partial Dentures

Dental Solutions in St. Charles, Washington & Wentzville, MO

Dentures are a custom-designed and removable replacement for multiple missing teeth. While a full set of dentures replace most, if not all of your teeth, partial dentures replace one or more missing teeth. Both of the aforementioned options offer support to facial muscles and lips and will keep the face from receding or sagging.

Our family dental office understands that missing teeth present a wide variety of health issues and strives to help you reclaim your confidence and healthy lifestyle. You can be confident in Rieser Family Dental to provide long-lasting and effective dental solutions. Full dentures and partial dentures can restore your smile and improve your confidence and overall lifestyle. Get the smile you deserve!

Are Full Dentures Right for Me?

Full or complete dentures are used to replace the upper and/or lower sets of teeth. There are two types of full dentures: conventional and immediate. Conventional dentures are constructed after all the teeth have been extracted from the top gums, bottom gums, or both, and after time has been allotted for the gums to start healing. Patients who choose conventional dentures can expect to be able to wear them in about two or three months. An immediate set of dentures is created while the patient still has their natural teeth. These dentures can be worn immediately after the teeth are removed.

How Does It Work?

Replacement teeth are attached to a natural-looking colored-plastic base that connects to natural teeth by a metal framework. A permanent bridge or partial denture replaces one or more teeth using crowns on the adjacent area of the missing teeth. Cementing allows for permanent placement.
